Stephen Crooks of Chaplin Crooks Architects created a strong presence with black brick and upright forms expertly built by John Creigton Builders. 

Casabella followed the Japanese inspired architecture creating an ambiance with natural materials such as oak flooring and cabinets, wool carpet, earth tones, and striped blinds in a metallic fabric to complement the bluestone feature wall. Karen chose the colour scheme for the kitchen design by Ingrid Geldof.
