Following the rebuild of this older established Christchurch home the owner wanted to reconstruct the interior, preserving its character.

This treasured 1913 home was rebuilt and replaced ‘like for like’ by Chaplin Crooks Architects and Steve Brown Builders. 

Casabella worked closely with the client on the interior selections on this multi award-winning restoration which won 7 Master Builders awards and a Civic Trust award in 2020. The marble fire surround, stained glass windows, and ceiling roses were reclaimed; everything else is new and crafted to detailed specifications.
